Springbrook Hollow Farm Distillery is looking for an experienced full-time Tasting Room/Events Manager to join our growing team.
This opportunity is for a highly motivated professional with proven managerial and marketing experience.
We need a manger accustomed to performing independently, possessing a familiarity and proficiency in managing a staff and creating and marketing events.
Our Tasting Room Manager would be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the tasting room.
That includes inventory, equipment, staff scheduling, and manning the bar as well.
The role also would be responsible for generating traffic to the tasting room.
This would include creating and marketing events as well as working with outside event managers to host events.
Education and/or Experience Prior experience managing a bar or restaurant with a staff is a must, as is some background and experience in marketing.
Qualifications Typical work week is Wed, Thurs 9am-5pm, Fri - Sunday 11am-7pm Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record of success Ability and willingness to work in both a team environment and independently Ability to work collaboratively with a distilling and sales team Strong relationship management, time management, and organizational skills Dedication to task and purpose with loyalty and integrity Must be able to lift 50 pounds Handle deliveries, as required Other duties and responsibilities include attendance at monthly meetings Valid NYS driver's license & active auto insurance A background check is required Job Type:
